We are a Scottish business, based in Peebles in the Scottish Borders, 25 miles south of Edinburgh. Family owned and operated, we specialise in the production of high quality residential floor plans for leading estate agents and solicitors.

We provide a friendly personal and local service, where you can speak directly to the person that is drawing your plan. We never outsource draughting, so consistent quality and continuity of service is assured.

Because we develop our draughting software in-house, we are not limited by the restrictive functionality of portable sketching software. If a plan needs a bespoke undecagonal conservatory or a kidney shaped swimming pool, we create one to suit. If you have your own corporate style that needs to be adhered to, we can easily accommodate that too.
