In situations where no usable drawings exist and you don't have time to measure up yourself, or when the property is just too daunting to tackle, we can carry out the survey for you. Rest assured that we never send a photographer to do a surveyor's job. When we are instructed to measure a property on your behalf, we send an experienced surveyor from a structural engineering background. Naturally, our surveyor will be fully conversant with the current edition of the RICS Code of Measuring Practice, thereby enabling you and your firm to demonstrate due diligence as defined by the Property Misdescriptions Act.
